The Development

The owners of Cockhedge have plans to re-develop the shopping park (subject to planning). The intentions are to create 4 new retail warehouse units comprising approximately 5,000 - 7,000 sq ft of space, re-clad the exterior of the existing retail park units as well as Cockhedge Way, upgrade the signage provisions, incorporate new branding and make improvements to the infrastructure.
